2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. When you access the site, technically necessary data (IP address, date and time of the request, file accessed, browser type and operating system) is automatically recorded and stored in server log files. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in the secure and error-free operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are automatically deleted after 7 days.

3. Contact

If you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the information you provide (e.g. name, e-mail address, content of the enquiry) is stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the performance of a contract or is necessary for pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in effectively handling the enquiries directed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). E-mail communication is handled via servers in Germany.

4. Fonts (local hosting)

For a consistent appearance, this website uses fonts hosted locally on our server in Germany. No connection to third-party servers (such as Google Fonts) takes place. No IP addresses are transmitted to third parties in this respect.

5. Cookies and tracking

Our website does not use cookies, web-analytics tools or tracking services. No profiling or tracking of your user behaviour takes place.

6. Data transfer to third countries

As the controller is established in Ukraine, data you transmit to us (e.g. when making an enquiry) may be accessed by staff in Ukraine. Ukraine is a third country within the meaning of the GDPR. In this context, the transfer takes place for the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).

Within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to obtain free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing (Art. 15 GDPR), as well as a right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) or restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) of this data.
